So Bayern Munich officialy confirmed Renato Sanchez signing - for about 35 millions euros.

To be honest i am not so impressed by this 18 years old midfielder. Yes, he is good, he is very talanted, he showed some great skills, passing and shooting, but in the end we are talking about 18 years old player with only 24 games in professional football.

And in my opinion the portuguese league isn't so good. I don't want to underestimate Primeira Liga, but just 35 millions sounds a lot to me for a 18 years old player with under 30 games in his history as a professional footall player.

The football world is becoming crazier after every year - in 4-5 years time with will be normal an average player to cost 30-40 millions (let's say for an example Konko in his best times - do you imagine to have bought him for 35 millions :D not that he isn't a good player, or he isn't very useful for us but it is a lot of money), which is beyond any rationality.

Frankfurt fighting a long for a CL spot in Germany.
Due to the shining season performances of Ante Rebic (signed from Fiorentina for 2mill), Kevin Prince Boateng (as a controlling midfielder) & Sebastian Haller who was on our radar last year.
All goals and assists coming from that trio.

Surprising situation, worth mentioning.

Theyve also got one of the best goalkeepers in the league too in Lukas Hradecky, hes a great shot stopper and has come on loads since last season when he was a bit shaky.

And I really liked their protests against playing matches on Monday night. Non-violent but very effective
