Will be quite fun to see what his role gonna be with Radu and Lulic around.

“My Italian is not too good right now, but in two or three months I will be able to speak to you guys in Italian,” Lukaku told Mediaset Premium.

That's a good sign! He is enthusiastic about his new adventure.

Did it hurt much putting that up Cathal?  :twinkle:

If someone would have predicted this to me a couple of weeks ago i would have laughed at him without giving it a second taught.  Now i see one can really expect anything from Tare.

None the less, as always let's give this a fair chance.  I was one of those shouting out for a real LB instead of Radu (LCB) and Lulic (LM).  Wasn't hoping for this of course.  I'm counting on Inzaghi and his staff to get him up to speed defensivly in a very short time.

Postive sides (i wil try hard): very powerfull, reasonably good with the ball on his foot, decent cross and a good shot.  And last but not least wich i'm certain of, more brainpower then his brother.

Here is a video of Lukaku's last season in roughly 6 minutes; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WYdCyesjisg
These kind of videos just give you a small part of the full picture of course but it's worrying that the guy who made the video hardly found any good defensive bits to share. Hopefully he just didn't bother.
This is the first time I see such a video of a new player where I actually didn't need the highlighting to know which player it's about

Hopefully Keita will bring him to https://www.facebook.com/pages/Maki-Look/118288188360168 for a fresh new cut to give him that sought-after 'Maki Look"  :vcool:

:bravo:   :bravo:  if his brain is as big as that biceps he'll have no problem learning the new tactics and league...

Well, not the signing I wanted to get but welcome anyway. Just don't be like Cavanda or Hoedt...

so how is he compared to cavanda?
is he ahead of cavanda in belgium's pecking order?
if he is.. can we assume he is better than cavanda?
all i know is he has longer hair than cavanda.. n bigger salary :)

bicep wise.. we lost the biggest one we could have. (ciani)
he did not impress at lazio.
