Part of the issue here I think is marketing.. or lack of.
Of course, people who were always going to get a season ticket, will do so. And those who never were, wont.
But the club needs to do more to reach out to those who are undecided.
Walk around the city and I see Roma shops, billboards advertising Roma season tickets, adverts on the sides of buses and taxis advertising Roma season tickets (with their slogan this year, "sarà bellissima") - I see very little of ours..
I have seen ours, its a picture of Ciro and Savic and the slogan "ti conviene crederci" which I think is pretty cool, but its too sparse.
As a club we have made huge strides in the last few years in this sort of area, with the launch of the TV station, radio, magazines, etc, but theres still some way to go, and something as relatively simple as a bit more widespread marketing could make a big difference.
