I think Murgia is probably being tested as a right wing-back because Marusic and/or Patric are likely to be ready come Saturday, in which case Inzaghi probably wants everyone to be in position in training instead of moving players around because we might miss a particularly player. No point moving Lulic to right wing-back in training if you're pretty sure he'll be on the opposite side come the game.

Most likely the case.  One RWB will be ready at least and positions need to be occupied in training.

I don't think that both Marusic and Patric will completely be out for 100%.
But what seems to be realistic to me is, that Inzaghi tries Murgia as RWB in training for the case that he has to jump in. Not from the beginning, but maybe for the last 25-30 minutes. Something like that can happen, and Inzaghi seems to work on a plan B or C in this situation.

We've seen it countless times when we have a player out of training but is expected to be fit for the match. No point Inzaghi playing Lulic there when he won't be playing there on match day.

If it comes to the point Marusic and Patric aren't playing and Murgia comes on, he won't be a wing back. He'll be adapted to a right mid at best.

Yes, and if any of the CM are gonna play as a RWB, i'd vote for Parolo!

Me also,  he can deliver a decent cross.
But it shouldn't come to that.

In inzaghi system, wing backs seems dont do lots of crossing. Speed and mobility matter more.

Khedira might start on this one.
I dont know whether it is good or not for them.
I remember he was pretty bad in the supercoppa.

Like always many talks about this match, how we can beat Juventus. I really would love to have a point after this match, like always we are going to Turin with big hopes, but in reality we back to Rome with 0 points. We need play this match without any defensive error, because our latest matches against Juventus was one-two mistakes and we concede.

If Marusic do not fit we should go with Lulic in RB and Lukaku in left.

Lukaku definitely isn't fit. Not sure how long he's out for, but he's missing Juventus.

Marusic training normally and expected to start. Patric also seems fine.
