Why we play this match away?

I think the teams are seeded by their Serie A standing last season.

I don't think so, knowing:

Milan - Napoli
Fiorentina - Roma
Atalanta - Juve

I've no idea then!

Inter finished higher than us, why are they not the away team?

Maybe for Coppa seeding they still use goal difference rather than head to head

There was a draw to designate the seeding of the Top8 teams from Serie A last year.
From 1-8 it's Milan, Atalanta, Fiorentina, Inter, Lazio, merda, Juve, Napoli.
All of these teams enter the quarterfinals directly.

So Durmisi and Marusic will be our fighting wingbacks in this one. Berisha finally getting his chance after only starting in meaningless EL games. Caicedo-Ciro duo up front. Looks like it will be quite a big overhaul compared to Napoli and Juve games.

With Correa and LA possibly on the bench and Caicedo starting, the wingbacks will be even more in focus to create chances. Time for Durmisi to show up. Marusic, we know already.

Key will be to win the battle in midfield and don't let Icardi even try to reach the ball because they will flood him with crosses. Hopefully no Perisic, as he is pushing for a transfer, because he usually owns our wingbacks and defenders.

Am I the only one who thinks we should be using the best starting 11 we have in this match?

Juve are out of the tournament and now we have a great chance if we can get past Inter.  Spaletti is going to field his strongest team in this match..

I quite liked that post where someone compared Caicedo to a lamppost because it's accurate.

OF course we should, and we probably will. No point in resting anyone for Frosinone (hopefully not a jynx)

I really don't understand this, Caicedo has been extremely athletic this season and links up pretty well with Immobile.
